Well, 58% of those that voted said yes but we needed 60% to pass. I'm disappointed to say the least. I guess it is time to give some serious thought at relocating. I've looked at the states that offer MM and I'm thinking Colorado or Arizona.

I'm sorry it didn't pass.

As mm becomes legal in more places more research is being done. I think that will lead to more wide press acceptance.
That should open doors to increased legalization.

I think the 60 mark is ridiculous. 51% is a majority and that should be enough. It was very close though so I'm sure it will pass next year or 2016.

It's insane to me that so many people would vote against such a viable treatment option for a wide range of maladies.

Very frustrating.

sorry to hear it didn't pass.An affective treatment kept away from those who could benefit.

We're in Georgia, me being military, and we were hoping Florida would pass it in order for us to PCS there for my wifes treatment. Sadly, you already know the outcome. So Colorado remains the priority
