Can folliculitis or dissecting cellulitis be related to crohn's?

A quick google search says yes, or at least related to some medications prescribed for Crohn's Disease.

I realize this is 2 years later, but the answer is 100% yes (assuming you may know this already). I have/had (surgery) UC and also was recently diagnosed with dissecting cellulitis (on my scalp). The complicated part for me about DC, is while taking humira helps flare ups, it also exacerbates (for me) any infections that happen. And they do happen. Without humira, I get more DC activity, just slower. With it, I get less activity, but am running to the dermatologist at least once a month to have spots drained or injected with cortisone. The best thing I've done to keep it manageable is to find a dermatologist who understands that I'm going to be a frequent flyer, and is willing to squeeze me in last minute if need be. Sorry this got long!
