Does anyone have a really good food diary that they use? I'm really trying to monitor what I'm eating but the one that was given to me by the nutritionist just doesn't seem to work for me and I haven't been able to "build" one that is any better.
I'm heading away on vacation in February and I'm getting quite nervous about having stomach issues while away so I want to have a really good idea of what I should stay away from when I'm gone. Right now there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to when my poor tum tum turns on me I can eat something today and feel fine and then tomorrow I'm in the bathroom 3 times within half an hour of eating it again! This is getting very frustrating.
