Was wondering if you lovely people out there could give me some suggestions for meals!! I've been going with a vegan diet, as well as incorporating fish into it (not fully vegan, i know!) but i'm starting to get a little bored of fish, rice and mushy vegetables...
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I'm trying to 'trial & error' with my food at the moment to see what works and what doesn't!
