Last year I had a large cyst on my right ovary and my whole ovary and fallopian tube was removed due to severe endometrosis (SP). After that I was diagnosed with Crohn's. Now they just found another complex cyst on my other ovary about 4cm (hoping its endo) and my Crohn's is flaring again.

Hi Ladies :)

A few of us deal with CD and endo issues, and there are some other threads dedicated to such a topic I thought you might find helpful :

I haven't actually had a diagnosis of endometriosis, but have had numerous problems with cysts on overies and uterus and such... seems to be a "not uncommon" problem with those of us with auto-immune disorders, especially IBD.

Hope this helps a bit. :)

I had to have a hyst. as well at age 38, due to a large cyst on the ovary that ended up being cancer. When he went in, he said I was so full of endometriosis it was like someone had poured cement in there. I think fistulizing crohn's and endometriosis made for the perfect storm.

I haven't officially been diagnosed with endometriosis. But I've always had problems with my period with them being so painful and such. They always wanted to give me naproxen which didn't do anything for the pain and I'd have to miss a whole week of school! When I started going to my gyno at 16 she put me on birth control and the pain lessened a little. Then she found I had a cyst on my ovary right about the time I found out I had Crohn's. I haven't had a period in 3 months (not preggo) but when I do the pain is severe, especially during a flare!!!

I was diagnosed with endometriosis back in 2005 (I think), so about 4 years before I was diagnosed with Crohn's.
I had it removed by laser, but it's probably come back by now!
