Fruit Cake!!

I couldn 't resist and i now i am paying. Although I have not had cramps or problems like this before i do think my IBD is slowing getting worse. I woke this morning with painful cramps, just noticing a few foods that don't do me any good. I love christmas cake as well!

Christmas is cake is the worst thing for Crohnies...good thing I dont like it. I love hermit cookies but havent had them in many years...like I want an obstruction...NO Way!

I guess I'm a bit lucky. Since I've been on remicade say the middle of teh treatment I can eat almost anything. I still stay away from anything which is spicy but otherwise I'm good. I actually ate fruit cake last week. I just love it!!

I know you are suppose to listen to yoru gut but like the OP said I can,t resist either.

Lol, me too. Had a bit of Christmas cake while out for lunch today, as I've been so much better recently. Nearly didn't make it home in one piece, so to speak!
