Okay, so I finished a 10 day round of Cipro and Flagyl last week and pretty much took care of the gut pain and bleeding, still had quite a few bowel movements during the day and occasionally it slowed down where I was almost back to normal other than when it decides to go I better be near or on my way to the washroom.
Didn't have gas before without needing to pass something, the meds made it all broken down to almost particulate, as the time passed off them it started to get back to normal. Passed gas but not much.
Until today....
Got up had breakfast, had a headache that I started taking tylenol for early in the morning, ate nothing out of the ordinary that would be the cause, kept needing tylenol all day due to the headache.
Took my son for supper, ate a burger and some fries...went to Walmart, thats when the gas started...lots of it, couldn't hold it in, walking, standing, it was embarrasing.
We got what we had to get and headed home, gas was incredable, once home raced for the washroom and had a BM...
Watching the game I had constant gas..
I'm feeling much better now but this new gas thing is worrying me...is this a normal gut reaction as it probably is rebuilding bacteria colonies ifter the bout of antibiotics?

Not sure but I normally get a lot of gas once a flare starts dying down. Can be painful too if you cant get rid of it. Maybe probiotics will help? Not sure as I havent used them myself, think you have to get them from health stores though. Ive had yoghurt with live cultures and that seemed to help (although my mind could be playing tricks on me)

could be it...settled right down today to next to nothing.
First time thats ever happened to me in that extent.

I have that sometimes. It is annoying, embarrasing and painful. I don't know what to do for it, though.
