Goat cheese? Feta?

Its a bit salty, but I enjoy it. Heard a lot of it is from cows milk tho (especially out of europe)
 
a lot of feta is made from cows milk now, check to make sure it is 100% goat or sheep milk. I'm pretty sure that Greek law only requires 70% of the milk be goat or sheep milk.

Oddly enough I have no issues with cow dairy, but goat causes me issues.
 
It seems ok with me in small quantities, but I generally avoid it favoring more lactose reduced cheeses like cheddar and parmesian.

Yeah it's taste good. I take it as my a part of snack. But always in moderation.
