I had a CT scan this past Thursday. The abscess in my terminal ileum is gone! I will still eventually need an ileocecal resection, but we will try to control inflammation for now. Feeling good overall, too, the best in six weeks. Not trying to brag, as I know others are having a hard time, but just wanted to share and hopefully encourage others.
