Granulomatous hepatitis

I've just received a letter from my doctor regarding my follow up appointment to my flexi-sig recently.
It says:
Diagnosis: Crohn's disease on flexible sigmoidoscopy - biopsies revealed granulomatous hepatitis.

Just wondering whether this is something I should worry about?
I've had trouble finding much out about granulomatous hepatitis.

The doctor certainly didn't indicate any concern to me at my appointment.

I wish I knew what to say from what I see it looks like inflammation of the liver, but that is really a guess. Please let us know what the doc says?

That's what I find too - not sure how they could diagnose that from a colonoscopy!

Sounds like a typo. Maybe the doctor got distracted during dictation or someone enter a wrong code on the report.
