This is very interesting! Before I was diagnosed with CD, I would go three months w/o a period which scared me enough to see my GYN who wasn't that concerned even though I was usually very regular. I also had diarrhea at the time and pelvic pain. I had suffered from a life-threatening uterine infection after I had a c-section in 2001 and I thought I had adhesions from that, but I think it was a CD flare.
