Still waiitng on my GI referral! GRRRRRRR!:ymad: Been nauseous now for about a week. Solid food won't stay down Saw my GP yesterday, was sent for bloodwork, and she gave me a new antibiotic to see if it helps. I wish I took a pic of my requistion, I know I am being tested for B12, Ferretin, testosterone, and a CBC, plus a bunch of other stuff. Maybe something will show up and I can get my GI appt faster?

You should ask your GP for copies of your test results so you have them on hand in case of an emergency that requires you go to the ER and you cannot reach a doctor. It will also be easier and faster for your GI to understand and treat your situation if you hand him the results right away when you DO actually get a chance to see him

Waiting for referrals and appointments can be a huge pain in the butt. If your GP cannot help you any further and you still are unable to get to the GI, and your pains get worse, heading to the emergency room is not a bad idea.
