I look perfectly healthy to anyone on the outside. In truth I'm weak, dizzy and tired, in pain and my bones hurt. I really do need a seat on a crowded train.

I feel nobody would take me seriously for a seat unless I vomited or fainted in front of them. They will think I'm just a young guy who is lazy or selfish. :(

So swoon. You will surely get a seat. Make sure you apologize if you swoon onto someone!

If you have a seat already, keep it. If you need to sit down, ask someone nicely and explain that you feel dizzy if you have to. I'm sure someone will give up their seat. If not, faint and throw up in their lap. That will learn them! :p

Maybe you could get one of those handicapped parking passes and hang it from a string around your neck!

Or just throw up.

Either way should get your point across.
