Its an App to help you keep record of your CD or UC. Handy for if your on the move or just in general I guess...

It's a diary app for people with IBD that allows you to track food you have eaten, bowel movements, pain, stress and medication. It also has some nice looking graphs which (I think) will allow you to see trends and correlations. I have registered and started using it - go to http://wellapps.com

You can use it as a web app if you don't have an iPhone/Android. Obviously not as good as having an iPhone as you can make your updates when you are actually sitting on the toilet when you get one. ;-)

Oh, I already have that one installed and forget to use it. I'm going to make an effort to use it more. I think it could be very helpful.
