Has anybody tried fucoidan

Fucoidan
I have been drinking fucoidan since July. I have irritable bowel syndrome, and unless I eat fried foods I no long have to run to the bathroom right after eating.
To answer your question, Fucoidan is only found in sea based plants. It is known as a supernutrient and has many health benefits. It will not interact with medicines. I was introduced to it from a friend whom after 6 months of drinking Limu, had no more symptons of IBS and that was about 7 yrs ago since she began drinking it.
