Has anyone experienced itchiness from Zantac...?

I had shortness of breath with Prilosec so I was told to switch to Zantac 150...It just clicked that I started itching last Sat., 6 days after starting 6mp, but also started Zantac a couple days before Sat, like Thurs or Fri...

could it be the Zantac?! Any of you have a reaction like that to it? I think it acts as an anti-histamine which doesn't make sense lol...
Anywho, I was on 6mp before with no such problems...
