Health Insurance for College

I'm 16, almost 17, and start applying to school this fall. My hopes are to leave my state of NJ, and go elsewhere, possibly Texas, Arizona, or one of the central states. I'm currently taking Humira, which can be quite pricey. My mother is unsure as to whether our Health care will provide for me at such lengthy distances. I really don't want to have to stay in NJ because of this. Any ideas? Please and thank you.

Your Mom should check with the insurance company to see what may or may not be covered. Location should not be an issue if you are a full time student under your parents' insurance - but now is the time to start checking on that.
