My 15 year old son was just diagnosed with probably mild crohn's disease and lactose intolerance. In our meeting with the doctor on Friday she gave three different diagnosis from yes it is to probably is, then let's do more testing. He has had a colonoscopy and upper endoscopy. He is scheduled for mmr on Wednesday and they did additonal blood work Friday to confirm how bad crohn's will get.
I guess I'm asking for the name of a good peds doctor in mn to get second opinion. This all started with swelling in left cheek and bumps with white heads that looked like thrush back in november.
