Help me..pain/nausea/blood

I have been having really bad pain for weeks now. I went to the ER three weeks ago(for pain, nausea, and blood) and was almost admitted, but the decided not to and gave me prednisone so i can still go to class, and since I am tampering off of it now I am still having pain and nausea but no blood. Im so scared and not sure what to do..

Have you let your GI know about this? If things continue like this, you may need a change in medication.
