Help me reach my goal for ccfa!

I decided to participate in Take Steps Be Heard. I was diagnosed with crohns disease in 2010 after a year of problems. I ended up in the hospital recieving a blood transfusion because I had lost so much blood, the next day I got my second colonoscopy and diagnosed with crohns. Please help support my cause and give to help find a cure!
