HELP! Narrow Terminal ileum w/ fistula to bladder and sigmoid????

Has anyone had a narrow terminal ileum with a fistula to the bladder and sigmoid colon?? I have surgery coming up soon. ANY INSIGHTS? Thanks guys.

I think my fistulas were similar, had the surgery about 15 years ago, all good. Allow plenty of time for rest as you recover from the surgery. Process might not be fun but the outcome is worth it. Good luck.

I had the fistula to the sigmoid, that they only discovered during surgery.

Hope it goes well. You should be much better once you've got through the surgery and recovery. Try to focus on that.
