Hi, I need people's advise pleaseeee I have crohn's I had diarrhea for about 3-4 days it's suddenly stopped now Im Really struggling to go at all, I have pain in lower right of my stomach (which is where the crohns is) but also on the right side in lower back (same place in my stomach but in my back) also getting pain in right kidney area please someone give some advise Tia xx

It may be possible that there is stricturing in your intestinal wall, and that can make it difficult and painful to go.
If you are worried, go to the emergency room. An obstruction is very serious and can cause a lot of damage. Hope you feel better

I had a blood test done yesterday and that all came back normal my white cell count and inflammatory markers where normal aswell x

My GI suggested Buscopan for when I felt like that, I'm not sure where you would get it though at this time on a Sunday, do you have a doctor on call in your area, or NHS direct that you could call, good luck.

Yeah but I don't want to waste there time if you know what I mean, I've tried that before and that didnt do anything for me, even after eating a small meal I feel very bloated and I feel full quickly x

Don't be scared of wasting their time, nhs direct and out of hours doctors areare for this type of situation, they should be able to suggest what to do and would be able to advise you on whether or not you should be heading to A+E. Symptoms like that need to be addressed , please don't ignore them

Blood results wouldn't account for scarring, it won't hurt just to call nhs direct, they can put your mind at ease at least

Have you been eating or drinking? Taking anything to help
Stop the diarrhea? A lot of times I'll have a few days
That are very bad lots of time in the bathroom
And pain lower right side. Then I'll have an issue going at all for
A day or 2.. Nothing left I think. Never hurts to call your dr.
And if the pain gets worse go to the ER . Better safe than sorry

The pain is still there but sorry for info but I've been twice in the last 30mins lol sorry for information xx

It's a toss up for me which is the worst trots or constipation, try to take a lot fluid when your constipated it helps but as a few people have said earlier if you think it's worse or going on to long go to the doctors, your not wasting there time.good luck
