Help with low residue AND low salt diet

does anyone have go-to websites for diet suggestions when on a low residue and a low salt diet? Low residue due to Crohn's and low salt due to kidney stone and high calcium in urine. I can handle one or the other, but both together seem pretty limiting. Especially for a recently diagnosed and picky 8-yr old who can't take peanut butter to school.

I am lucky that she likes a lot of unprocessed proteins (eggs, steak, fresh hamburger, pork loin). but the snacks and sides are going to be really tough. most of what is in her 'school snack bag' is full of salt as a preservative.
