Help!

So I got filtered bag and the stickers came in the box but I only was given enough stickers for one per bag. I read that i supposed to cover my filter when I shower but I dont have enough! What do I do!!!! Please help me!

You can get regular round stickers at the dollar store. Or use a piece of medical tape, or scotch tape...they all work as long as you don't spray the water right on it for an extended period of time. Bandaids work in a pinch too.

do all bags with filters need stickers? I use dansac bags which have some sort of charcoal filter and I've never been given or used any stickers when getting it wet.

I have them with my bags but I never use them...I don't find the water on the outside blows the filter.

Nope, never used mine either! Its not the 'outside' water that seems to blow the filter.

Seriously? I was so worried about it! I love my new bags with the filters cause it causes a lot less worry during the day when it used to fill up with air and I would get embarrassed cause it was obvious but these past two days I've not even remembered it was there cause I dont even notice! Its amazing! I wanted to make sure I didnt do anything to blow the filter

It's if it gets wet inside that blows the filter. But you can tell when it's done, you can see the charcoal inside your bag.

I've never used the stickers either. And I've had a stoma for 12 years.

The filters on the convatec bags can get clogged with loose stool and start oozing. Especially when laying down sleeping ar night. So I have always used the stickers to stop the oozing. It can get on your clothes when the filter oozes. Does anyone else do this?
