i have been diganoged with crohns since november and only just come off steriods and been on infliximab since april,i ache in every joint possiable since ive stopped the steriods i just want to know if this will stop and if anyone as been through the same thing? iam sick of feeling like a 200 yr old lady lol and being so sleepy i have no life since i found out ive had crohns does all this stop!

First off, we have a subforum dedicated to arthritis. I suggest giving it a read and seeing if anything there might help.
Second, have you had your vitamin D and vitamin B12 levels tested? I ask because people with Crohn's Disease are commonly deficient and vitamin D can deficiency can lead to bone and joint pain and a whole host of other problems. And vitamin B12 deficiency can lead to the tiredness you speak of. In addition, I'd suggest reading our wiki entry on fatigue to see if anything there rings true for you that you could discuss with your doctor.
