Hemangioma on liver

hemangioma on liver

i recently went for an ultrasound for my liver and the doc told me that i have hemangioma on my liver. I asked if it had anything to do with crohns and she had no idea. does anyone know if it could be caused by crohns or does anyone else have probs with their liver?

I have 2 hemangioma's on my liver, have had them for years, was told they were likely there at birth. They are just a clump of blood vessels. I was told it was absolutely nothing to worry about. They were found on a CT scan I had done years ago. I think they are rather common...

i was just wondering cause my friend who also has crohns has hemangioma on her liver too...it's prob just a coinsidence then
