Hi everyone!
I'm the spouse of a long term small bowel Crohn's/IBS patient who is stabilized w/Entocort, Humira and occasional Ferllicit infusions. She has never required surgery and has managed her problems very well since being diagnosed in 1993. I believe she has pretty much run the gauntlet of every drug du jour for managing the illness all these years.
We are looking at options for an early retirement and are considering becoming US Expats in Latin America. Panama is our current top choice because of their Immigration policies for retirees and general living standards.
Are there any members here doing this? If so we would love to know how it's going and what your experience has been. Especially info on accessing medications and general suggestions for happy living.
Thanks for any response!
Mark
