Nice to be back here. I was unable to retrieve my original username and password, I must have changed my email addy since, was quite some time ago. Short of the long, I have had Crohn's for over 20 years, struggled on and off with good and bad times like anyone. I'm hoping to spend some time on here, hopefully help someone if I can and learn something new from you guys. I'm ready to pick everyone's brains looking forward to getting to know you all
