My name is Alex

I was diagnosed with crohns disease when i was about 16 years old. it has been over ten years now and about 5 years ago was the last time i had blood coming out! Very happy about this! I straighten my diet and use some sunflower oil in my bowel and it litterally healed me. Anyways i found this forum and i taught id give some hope to some of you. There is a way out if you believe in it and fight for it!
