I have been in remission from Crohns for a couple of months now., but have been experiencing other symptoms (muscle twitching). So I asked my dr to run a b-12 and it was 1544. I have bben taking under the tongue supplements 2000 a day for about 2 weeks. Do you all think that is why my b-12 is high.

It's possible that the supplements are causing it to be high although B-vitamins are water soluble which means your body needs a constant supply of them b/c it does not store them. Usually people with our condition have a harder time absorbing B-vitamins especially if the active disease is in the terminal ileum (part that connects to the large intestine) so it's kinda odd to have high b-12 levels.

If you are having problems with muscle twitching you may want to look in to calcium and magnesium as well as getting enough sleep as sleep deprivation can cause twitching.
