My biopsy results from terminal ileum say active mild to moderate chronic terminal ileitis, is this crohns?

Ileitis means inflammation in the ileum, the terminal ileum is the part of intestine where the small and large bowel meet. Chronic means that the inflammation is ongoing or that has been happening over a period of time rather than acute which is when something happens suddenly or suddenly gets worse.

So, basically, the report means that you've got inflammation in your intestines which is ongoing. This can be indicative of crohns disease, but there can be other causes so it is important to chat to your doctor if you haven't already done so.
