How do you tell new guy about diagnosis

So I have two setons for anal fistuals that I have. How do I tell him before the "big moment"? It is not going to have tomorrow but it will soon. How do I explain it all?

I my case honesty has always been key. You can avoid the whole him seeing that area down there for only so long until he starts wondering why he can never touch you there. So instead of making it a big issue until the big moment then you might want to mention it well before you even get that far. That's what I'd do anyway. Sit down and have a talk because physical contact in a relationship is important and I'm sure he'd be willing to wait a little longer if he's they type who's worth your time. Sorry for the late reply.
