Hmm....I'm wondering here - as this is NOT normal for me......I posted last week about not feeling good, had D big time last Friday especially in the evening...didn't eat a lot Sat, a little more normal Sun but with only a small bm then.....Monday evening again with the D......

Well, since Monday evening I haven't gone at all!....passed some gas here and there, am not really feeling 'full' or like I'm backing up.......

So - how long do any of you wait without passing anything before a call? I have NO cramping or pain, everything else is pretty normal, I do have a remicade appointment Monday afternoon - hoping I get rid of some stuff before then.....

I do have a urology appt today too - 6 month follow up for history of kidney stones (goes hand in hand with Crohn's somethimes too!).......they will be doing an ultrasound of bladder/kidneys etc.....

I would say you should give your doc a call. I've read people's stories on here that never experienced any discomfort or pain associated with their Crohn's and had colonoscopies that showed ridiculous amounts of inflammation and ended up getting surgery. I'm not saying necessarily that this is your case, but it is possible to have inflammation and not experience any outward symptoms. I would say if you ever notice a change in any way from your normal bowel habits you should take it seriously. Better safe than sorry, right? :)

Unfortunately, this is the kind of disease that is hard to tell what's going on exactly without seeing inside, so it's best to be proactive about it. I'd rather get checked out and find out I'm alright than to ignore things and end up making things worse for myself because I didn't catch things early on! Unfortunately, that's how I ended up in the hospital with an abscess and found out I had Crohn's! Haha!

thanks - I do have an appt on Monday afternoon - no other signs of a flare/problem....usually when I get a flare it is copous amounts of D and severe cramping.....although, I haven't had a problem since being on the remicade...so maybe things are changing.....ugh.....

Don't you hate the way this disease keeps changing things up?.......still working on the whole skin issue too which is ANNOYING!

Well that's good. Yeah, just keep an eye on things until Monday unless things get worse :)

Yeah, it always seems like it's something. Just when you think you've managed to understand how your body's working something else comes up! ;) Hopefully you get things figured out!
