I was diagnosed in 2008 and it seems that I have never went into remission. I go back and forth between good days and bad days but thankfully I can still work (almost 30 years) and I have really good insurance.

The issue I think is that I have a very stressful boss...In fact, I am sure of it. I try to keep a positive attitude but I swear that my boss try's to stress everyone out.

Any advice to handle

Hi:)
I too have a very stressful job. However, right now mine isn't my boss. I work retail and I close every night which means lately I've been cleaning up a very messy store. I wish I had the answers for you. Some nights, like you say go well. Others, I come home completely exhausted.

Is there anything outside of work that you enjoy? Sometimes, even something after work that can calm you down before bed. Only other thing I can tell you is that you are not alone! Sending hugs your way.

I hear ya! I work in accounts and this is a new field for me as of two years ago. They are putting me through accountancy training. My boss too is pretty highly strung and a bit of a bully, but I've kind of got used to that.
I'm very happy these days as a yoga class has just been set up on the island. It helps so much - even just doing the breathing exercises I can feel my pulse and heartbeat slowing and my tension starts to disappear. Very good for the body and soul :)
