My poor best friend got vomited on the other day and since then, I just vomit. I've always suffered with nausea from whatever is wrong with me, but recently I have started vomiting. If I feel nausea or have pain, i'll just vomit.
I woke up this morning, lots of pain, bleeding from behind, rushed to the toilet as I really needed to empty my bowels and my bowels said no. So I threw up instead. I've not had a bowel movement for a day, and everytime I need a movement, I vomit instead.
I take antinausea tablets, but they're not helping now. I guess, if you're going to vomit, you're going to vomit. But is there anything I can help make the experience less painful.
I seem to pull back muscles everytime I vomit. Last year I had gastroenteritus, and I pulled a muscle in my back and I was in so much pain, then this morning I pulled a different muscle in my back. I'm sat up straight with cushions supporting my back. I have good posture, but during the moment vomiting, I must be doing something wrong. How do I vomit safely?!
