Hi All, in the last two weeks I've noticed I have two toes with fungal nail infection. Looking @ my Humira Pack it states that fungal infections can be a bit serious. But on your toes??
Anyone else had experience of this whilst on Humira I'd be glad to hear your experiences.
Tks

Grant,

I am not on Humira, but I am on Remicade and the warnings state the same thing. I am not currently having a problem with toenail fungus, but have in the past when I asked my GI nurse about it she said that, that type of fungal infection would not be an issue. But I would bring it up to your doctor or nurse just to make sure.

Tks Crohns10. I'm seeing my specialist on Thurs so will mention it then.

Hello,

any more info on the toe nail fungus? have you tried anything that has worked?

Hi DDEE, I'm currently trying EXCILOR. The reviews of it in places like Amazon seem very hit n miss. I would like to try & get rid of it so worth a try. There are tablets the GP can prescribe but they don't recommend them for me as they can upset stomachs etc. Last thing I need.
Strangely reading the instructions of EXCILOR it doesn't say anything about filing the surface of the nail but I've done it anyway.
Tks for asking
Grant
