Humira or Remicade?

Hi, after 13 years + in remission, it seems the Crohn's is back. My small bowel is inflamed as well as a bit of the large Colin. I am however mostly symptom free. I do get diarrhea once in a while, but no other issues.

I need advice please! I would like to not go on any drugs but my GI says that's unwise as I could end up in the O.R. So, she recommended either humira or remicade . Since this is the place where people are on one of these, I am looking for your feedback.

I am leaning towards humira as the thought of infusions does not sound appealing. What do you all think?

Hi. Sorry to hear your remission has come to an end.

I've just started Remicade. I was also given a choice. I chose Remicade because a very close family friend is a doctor and she has a few patients on it doing well.

What ever you decide, I hope it gets you back into remission quickly.
