Hydrocortisone withdrawal

Hey guys i was on hydrocortisone in hospital and now i'm home and freezing just wondering if this is withdrawal symptoms from the steroid and if so how long will it last

Hi Boza - There are many side effects to cortisone withdrawal. Are you on any kind of a taper? If you were on a high dose and/or for a long time, you should be on a taper so you don't have any adrenal problems.

Best to call your doc and tell him/her what's going on.
