My yoga teacher ahs decided to go on another direction. I reallly miss her classes as they very much help my gut. I'm not good at doing videos at home. Anyone else do Yoga ?
I especially liked doing twists or revolved belly poses. They very much ehlped my digestive system.

I taught yoga and t'ai chi for a long while... still get the odd student wondering when I will return. I think it's important to remember that change is part of the journey. If you try some other classes, you might find another good teacher (though not the same.) I hope you find someone that you gel with who will continue the learning...
all the best.

I do it at home, I use Baron Baptiste's videos and DVDs. They are very instructive and have lots of different levels from beginner to very advanced.
I wish I could take a class but I don't have the time to devote to it, plus I am a bit on the shy side so I would rather do at home.

You say you don't like doing it with videos, but you might try Yogamazing with Chaz. They are sometimes very silly and he tailors it to a purpose. It's a free podcast on Itunes (you can purchase older videos if you want them for a small amount). For example, there's one for hangovers, golf, anxiety, you name it. Anyway, it might be worth a try? I know it's not the same thing as a real life class, but doing it at home is convenient at least, and a lot cheaper!
