I need everyone's awesome knowledge pls. ADD meds!

I was just diagnosed with adult ADD and put on a stimulant medication. Sometimes I would eat and sometimes not. Also be cause I have been in remission I have been getting iced coffees alot. Has anyone here taken ADD meds and it started a flare? Because I think I'm in one

I'm afraid that I have no experience in this. But, it does sound like it may be time to talk to your doctors about this. Does your ADD doctor know about your Crohn's and your GI know about your ADD? If not, it could be time for the two doctors to have a talk to figure out what is best to do for you. Hopefully things will be taken care of soon. Please keep us updated. Xxxx

It seems that based on people's experience stimulants, especially the strong ones, can have adverse effects on Crohn's. Of course, apart from the effect on Crohn's certain stimulants such as Ritalin can have serious other side effects that you should talk to your doc. Is the ADD you have significantly affecting your life?

have you ever tried yoga? I just discovered it and its so amazing how much it relaxes the mind. Its very enjoyable too and I ve never been a sports person. I tried meditation too several times, but this is more difficult for me...
