After 12 or 13 days of antibiotics. I am not having awful diarrhea. Actually the opposite. I'm somewhat constipated but when I do manage to go it is very watery. The thing that is making me think I have it the most is the continuous pain/headaches/nausea. I called my doctor to see if I should go get a test but don't wanna wait if it is c-diff I have still. I know it can be potentially dangerous and I'm kind of worried. Do you think I need a referral to go in and get a stool sample to check for it or can I just go request one? ugh :/

I have had it 2 times before and just "got over it" i have been off the antibiotics for like a week now and all the previous symptoms i had before when i had c-diff are still present now so i'm thinking it just never went away. i'm so afraid of my body not being able to fight it off and it becoming fatal! I should really just stop stressing myself out though. The antibiotics (vancomycin) was prescribed to rid me of the c-diff. I have no idea how I got it again in the first place.

It sounds like you are having a really high anxiety reaction right now! It might be worth getting a test just for peace of mind.
For what it's worth, I thought my C. diff had returned but I tested negative, so you may just be "stressing yourself out."
Even if your C. diff has returned, there's nothing you can do about it in the immediate, so try not to worry too much about it. I wouldn't worry about it becoming "fatal" or being "dangerous" right now.

I went in and got a test. I could barely squeeze anything out :x I hope it was enough! I feel I am either having a flare or have c-diff again, or both! I know a big part of it is stress so I have been really trying to not get so worked up. Thanks for chattin with me about this. I get results monday!
