I hope it is OK to post this here? I found the link on another forum. You should be over 18 and be taking Mesalazine and/or Azathioprine to take part. The survey asks questions about your thoughts and feelings about the meds. You have to choose one to focus on, and I chose the Aza cos it scares me more!
What I liked about the survey is they give out information as well as collecting and as a relative newbie, I felt a bit more reassured about taking the Aza after I'd finished the first part.
