So I've been having upper abdoman and sternum pressure with indigestion for a while now and hae recently developed upper and mid back pain (burning) an really bad sinus pressure and trouble breathing I think? I've been to the dr several times they did blood work and urine samples to check my pancreases everything seemed just fine and all that was found with a ct scan of my upper abdoman was inflamation due to Crohn's. Well my buddy at work not knowin that I'm a severe worrier informed me his dad passed away from pancreatic cancer after having severe upper back pains for years?!?!? I'm freaking out now!! Please someone tell me they would have caught anything wrong with my pancreas by now they did every test they could even a ct scan?!?!? I'm such a worrier I've now diagnosed my self with this!!!!

Given your age and all the tests that you have had recently I would think it is more than very unlikely that you have any form of cancer. If that was the case it would of been picked up by now, they would not have missed it. A lot of your symptoms could either be caused or made worse, maybe you should consider talking to a councillor to help you manage your anxiety.
I agree valleysangel u know first hand my craziness!!!! I just hate all these stupid aches and pains I wanna ignore them then again I don't I can't possibly get them all checked out there's not enough for all that I just really need to calm down. But one plus now that I've found this forum and u guys I don't have to drive my family crazy with my irrational fears for that I thank u sooo much!!!

Have you tried an antacid even an over the counter one see if it helps.beware dr google.cheers
