Earlier this year I was informed I would need surgery. I was sent for a colonoscopy and MRI so the surgeon could determine how much needed to be removed. But these tests showed the disease is inactive :D . I am still in shock!!! But soooo relieved too. I am still severely constipated, but I'm sure that will sort itself out now the inflamation has reduced.

I can't thank my husband enough for his support, I don't know how I would have coped without him, he has been so amazing :heart:

I've been taking azathioprine and pentasa, I was on humira for a couple of months but they stopped the humira cos I was still in a lot of pain ( they now think the pain is due to the severe constipation).
