Immunosupressant + vitamins

I will have to start taking Humira again after my surgery. I currently tak ea multivitamin, but am wondering if anyone takes immune boosters to prevent sinus infection/colds/further illnesses (unrelated to Crohns)? If so, what kind and does it prevent further sickness? I ask because I continually get sinus infections/colds, and think it is all related to Humira.

Funnily enough, I had more sinus infections before I started Humira! I do take B12, Vit c, Vit D, a mulit-vitamin, and iron.

I'm on Aza and I take Calcium, Vit D, and B12 monthly. Also I drink a ton of those Vitamin waters, So good.

I take a daily cocktail of aza, pentasa, metrizoadole, intestinal nutritional formula powder (high in ALL vitamins and minerals), Vit D, L-tyrosine, L-taurine and depending on next blood work, milk thistle for more liver support. Lots of water.
