In pain right now

I feel sick, my stomach hurts, i'm gassy and have fatigue. My legs are beginning to ache too.

Guess I ate too much chocolate today from feeling better at the beginning of today.

I've taken 1000mg of paracetamol.. and doc said no ibuprofen.

I have a heat pad on right now.

Anything else I can do? :frown:

HI Tasha, my fave name! Anyways a trick to relieve bloat and gas is too sip on boiled water in a cup. Dont burn yourself, but hot as you can. Another Uk bud told me of this and it works. Stay away from alot of chocolate has high fat and hard to digest. Yeah I know I love it too. If you must, use digestive enzymes to break it down. Hope you feel better soon.

I'll try be sure to try that. Also, just a tip, if you burn your tongue, put a lump of sugar into the burn, it eases it quicker and calms it down.

Ironically, my mum bought me a tube of smarties to cheer me up - and because it's cheap in the xmas sale! But i'll go extra careful now.

What is 'digestive enzymes'?

I love smarties!!! My fave but you ate too many. Digestive enzymes you can get at the pharmacy it helps to break down sugars, fats, and protein, not all are created equal they also help absorb nutrients. Even helps in between meals.

The thing is, I only ate about 8, and that's too many Rubbish! :lol:

Hi Tash when i was doing some research on low residue diet it says to avoid chocolate with Cocoa Powder but white chocolate is allowed as it has no fiber.

Could be a way round all those tummy pains, i'm not saying over indulge in white chocolate but it's worth a try to see if it helps I hope you manage to get osme sleep last night and hopefully the pain will ease soon for you.

I eventually got to sleep last night! Took ages and my knees swelled up during the night too. I've currently writing a new thread of the update of the doctors
