Does anybody else get this?
Each time I have an infusion the next few days my nose gets caked with, yeah, crusty boogers. It's happened again from yesterday's session and I'm constantly using the saline nasal spray to stop them setting like mortar. It's bad enough not having one end not working properly let alone the oxygen intakes at the other. Is this normal?

Maybe you're getting dehydrated?

I have had sinus issues since I was a kid, I started using saline solution meant for contacts in the squeeze bottle, tip my head back and give each nostril a big squeeze. It has lower salt content than the sprays and is easier for me to use than a netti pot, more convenient too. Might give it a try

I'll be getting my first infusion soon, will let you know if I have any sinus issues.

Thanks indyjps- let me know if you get any sinus issues as well. I think the infusions are just exacerbating an underlying 'problem.' I've used saline solution for years and carry a squirter regularly. My nose has been busted twice and I had rhinoplasty or septoplasty or whatever years ago. Unzipping the middle bit inside, straightening it and sewing back in place. I just notice each infusion it just gets a lot worse- you could build a sturdy house out of what comes out of my nose. It's uncomfortable and i was wondering whether others became cloggy as well. I keep really hydrated all the time - I never like having a thirst.
Cheers- Dackattack.

oh-indyjps, I hope the first infusion goes well, I've had my fourth and it's just starting to kick in and feeling a heap better. I wish the same for you as well.
Cheers- El Dacko.
