Infliximab and flakey skin

We know that Infliximab / Remicade causes skin itching.

Recently my skin has been very very dry, flakey and scaley. Coming off in sheets. But, not in places that has been itching. On my face.

Anyone had similar?

Im on 8 weekly maintanence infliximab and due to have my 19th infusion next week. Ive not really noticed dry skin as such. My fact gets quite dry, but i think thats realted to the cold.
However my fingernails are a state, not one of them is 'whole' they break, flake, chip everything, there sooo dry! You can almost peel layers off them! lol!

Maybe you can try taking fish oil. It helps the skin and is also supposed to help Crohn's
