I had Crohn's for few years now tried few drugs that didn't work now I'm on Infliximab and Imuran for around 12 months now and starting to get a loose stool and diarrhea I don't know what to do now is it that the Infliximab has stopped working don't know what to do next did anyone else had same issue please help!

Are you on anything else? Im on mezavant (like pentasa) which has helped me. I do find I have good days and bad days still.
It may be just a bit of a flare (or something has upset your stomach), if its still the same after a couple of weeks I'd tell the doctor, maybe they could increase the infliximab dosage or decrease the time between each dose.
Have you looked at the diet side by the way? I still find I cannot eat a lot of foods without becoming ill again, although I feel healthy again I still keep away, or limit certain foods and drinks
