I'm experiencing intense pain in my arms and legs. The pain is not at the joints, it is at the middle of my forearm and legs. If I could compare it to anything, I'd say it feels like a growing pain. I've been experiencing this for the past year, but in the recent weeks it's got pretty bad. I've talked about it to several doctors and my gastroenterologist but they all said it's a crohn's side effect. I have some hydromorphone at home but I don't want to take it because it makes me very constipated and I have some marijuana but I don't want to start smoking every day (not even every week).

Does anyone else have this? What are you doing to relieve the pain?

I also have a lot of pain in my hands but that's probably some form of arthritis.

I find I get joint pain more so in the winter months. I get it in my legs and back sometimes. I don't think smoking weed will do the job lol plus that'll just affect your crohns 10x worse. So i wouldn't start that. I just take paracetamol and rub joint cream on were it hurts. All I can suggest is just keep going back and complaining, and they'll have to eventually find something to ease the pain for you.

Hope you find a solution x
